FAQ’s
Can I use my HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flex Spending Account)?
Yes, your HSA/FSA can be used to pay for your care. We will provide you with a receipt as needed for your financial institution. Every plan is different, so please review your plan before your appointment to ensure eligibility.
Do I need a referral or prescription?
Michigan is a direct access state which means you can be seen for physical therapy without a prescription. For now we are limited to 10 visits or 21 days before a referral is required from a qualified provider, but this may be changing soon!. If you are being seen for wellness you do not need a referral and there is no limit on number of visits. For more information on physical therapy vs wellness visits please click here.

How often will I need to be seen?
That depends! There are many factors involved in determining how frequently you need to be seen. We will work together to come up with a plan for your care based on how complex and severe your condition is, how much work you are ready to do outside of treatment, and of course what you are able to afford.
Can I bring my child?
As a mom myself, I can 100% understand that sometimes it may be necessary to bring your child. They are absolutely welcome. Generally though, we will be able to get more done if you can find care for you child and we can spend the whole session focused solely on you.
